We price communal and commercial pools by volume (cubic litres) after a free site survey, so you pay for the pool you have, not a flat guess. Every communal pool is maintained to Cyprus public-health water-quality requirements and WHO safety parameters, with documented readings you can show a landlord, committee or inspector.
